Katarzyna Dziewulska graduated Law at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Opole in Opole, where she also worked as an assistant. Her academic achievements include research publications in point-scored legal journals. She also completed specialist courses in Etics, Compliance & Integrity Professional at the Compliance Institute, obtaining certificates: Approved Compliance Expert and ESG Officer. In her professional role, she specializes in ensuring both internal and external compliance, crafting corporate governance strategies, and adhering to regulations like RODO. Her expertise extends to implementing AML/CFT, Whistleblowing, and anti-corruption protocols, aligning with standards such as the US FCPA and the UK Bribery Act. Additionally, she excels in contractor verification (KYC), legal due diligence (OSINT), and managing imposed sanctions. Throughout her career, Katarzyna Dziewulska has collaborated with law firms and businesses across diverse sectors such as production, construction, technology, and beauty. Her contributions encompass legal counsel, international contract drafting and negotiation, procedure creation and implementation for compliance, risk analysis, and risk mitigation strategies. She’s held the role of Independent Register Compliance Officer (TLD) at the Scientific and Academic Computer Network – National Research Institute, and served as a national expert for prominent internet governance groups. Moreover, Katarzyna Dziewulska possesses experience in ISO 27001, 37301, and 37001 standards implementation and compliance. She is currently working as Legislative Manager at ADP EMEA region.
