Career Guidelines

Alaz Han Canbolat has a bachelor’s in Psychology from Çağ University and he is currently pursuing a master’s in Clinical, Social and Intercultural Psychology at the University focusing on Corporate Culture and DEI. Alaz Han is experienced in People and Culture (HR) with a demonstrated history of working in several industries and skilled in End-to-End HR Process. After completing certification on Train the Trainers, he become a Learning Ecosystem Designer in 2017 and have worked with more than 300 organizations to train people on various topics such as soft and hard skills in 50 different countries. Currently, he is working for United Nations WFP as Learning and Development Specialist and provides counselling for start-ups/SME’s in learning and development as well as employee experience. He speaks Turkish natively, English fluently, as well as Bulgarian, Arabic and Italian as a beginner.
